This has been achieved by our attention to detail and our insistence on sourcing only the finest ingredients from known EC accredited suppliers. Now we are the North Wests leading sausage maker, delivering a high quality sausage to the finest hotels and retail outlets in the region. Despite the size of our operation we remain very much a family concern with Neil Wilson working hands on everyday to ensure our high standards are maintained to consistently provide sausages of a premium quality.
All of our sausages contain substantial pork content from the best pork cuts, pork belly and pork shoulder and can be made in a range of sizes and flavours.
Our product range includes Premium pork, Cumberland, Lincolnshire, pork and leek, pork and tomato, chipolata as well as our leading brand of frozen catering sausages for the discerning customer. We can also produce recipes and quantities to cater for individual requirements. A minimum quantity order is required.
